Great views from our terrace
Pass the time of day admiring the views of the resort, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea laid out before you on your own terrace. It was the number one reason we chose 5C as the property we would buy. When we first viewed it, along with many others, our first impression was how beautiful the view is. It is breathtaking, day or night, and we never grow tired of it.

means you can start the day leisurely, relax in the sun then wind down all without leaving the property. Alternatively, you will find a wide choice of restaurants on the resort and in the local area if you would prefer someone else to look after you.

Los Olivos has two outdoor pools
and and indoor pool. A short walk away and you can access the full range of sports and activities that La Manga Club Resort has to offer. Step outside the resort and visit the beaches, the hills, the countryside as well as the villages, towns and cities.

Our three-bedroom, two bathroom property is well-equipped
whether you're staying for a few nights or longer. Rooms can be configured as superking or twin rooms so whether you are a party of 1, 6 or somewhere in between we have a comfortable space for you. Our kitchen and bathrooms have been recently modernised and our comfortable living area and terrace are ideal spots to pass the time of day. We want your stay to be a real home from home.
A choice of resort amenities close by
There are supermarkets within walking distance for those essentials you need as well as wide choice of restaurants and bars close by. If you're driving, the resort has its own fuel station. You will also find a range of shops and medical care at the resort too. Jump in the car and the choice opens still further, all within a manageable drive or taxi journey from the resort. That's before we even get to the choice of sports, leisure and fitness options La Manga Club Resort
is famous for.
The weather is great, all year round
Let's be clear, it rains sometimes in most places but La Manga Club averages more than 300 days of sunshine each year. The all year round sun at La Manga Club means that for most of the year you can dress light during the day. Even at the height of winter, it's unusual to need more than a light jacket during the day and into the evenings. We have spent time on the resort in every month of the year so we know from experience that the climate is generally great all year around.
